5.7 Share Searches and Results

The INTERGATOR Patent Search allows you to share both a complete search as well as individual patent documents with other users. The applied search terms, filters, or the selected result are stored as a link query. This link can then be inserted into communication tools such as e-mail or messenger and shared.

An executed search can be shared directly from the search field.

1. Perform a search. 2. Click on the hamburger menu in the search field and select Share search. 3. Patent Search automatically generates a link and copies it to the clipboard.

4. Paste the link into an e-mail, messenger, or another communication tool. The recipient can then directly open the search.

Individual patent documents from the result list can also be shared.

1. Open the context menu of a result.
2. Select the option Share.
3. The link to the patent document is automatically copied to the clipboard and can be shared.

• The recipient must have the appropriate access rights to the INTERGATOR Patent Search.
• Without permission, search results or patent documents cannot be displayed.
• Make sure that sensitive information is only shared with authorized persons.

With this feature, relevant searches or individual patent documents can be quickly shared, making collaboration more efficient.
